Alert New Virus Threat, No Joke etc

Hi Folks,

I had an alert come through via the Police and our Local Authority e-mail servers about a new virus threat.

The virus comes through as an e-mail from a Simon82 @ hot mail (.com) or a Simon Ashton again it is a Hot Mail account.

(sorry if there is a genuine Si Ashton on the BA forum)

Once you open the e-mail your computer can be hacked and also that of those on your e-mail lists etc.

AOL and other ISP have had no joy in stopping the threat as yet but it is work in progress. The threat will go back and forth so even if you delete the email if your friend etc receives it, it will bounce back to you.
