I am looking for an Excel genius to help me with a spreadsheet I am building. It's a simple 2 sheet affair for a years recording of Profit Loss.

I have a comprehensive one, but I want this for my blog so I can send it to anyone who wants it. (I'll make it available on here for download too)

I don't want to upload it yet, as it's not finished. But here are a couple of screen shots.

I want the daily totals in rows 10,20.30 etc to go into the columns on the other sheet.

So in the first sheet cell d10 would be displayed in cell B3 in the 2nd sheet. The value would automatically update.

I have tried all the stuff I know, but this is outside my field of (limited) expertise.

Appreciate any help or advice.
Cheers

Don't know if this would do the job?

Not very clever but it could be a starting point.

Kind regards
Jon

You will find plenty of people, mostly in India, on freelancer.com to help with these sorts of projects. In fact, within the betangel community we should start identifying the good ones who have a grasp of English and produce what is asked for in excel.

Go to cell B3 on 2nd sheet and type in = then go to sheet 1 and click in cell d10 and press enter.

Should be that simple unless I have misunderstood something?

Yeah I did that, but there are 350 odd cells. I got fed up after the first row and thought there must be another way :) Cheers
