Can i install betangel in my USB drive?

There are better computers in my uni and the connection there is faster. My own laptop is slow and my internet is shared (which means i get lesser bandwidth when my housemate decides to stream).

However the settings on my uni's computer doesnt allow us to install anything. Can i install bet angel in my pendrive and bring it to uni and use it on their computer?

no i am installing it on my pendrive, as in extracting the files on it.
