Offset, Greening with Trailing Stop

How does this work? If one does an offset then how can a stop be trailing because if a price moves in the right direction then it would have hit the closing target price, but if the price goes the wrong way the stop would have it normally?

Or is this for offsets with massive points ticks and tight stops?

Stops are best used in slow moving high liquidity markets, like Football match odds. Racing is too volatile unless you have a loose stop, and that sort of defeats the object.
