Betangel not responding to email

Hey guys.

I've been trying to contact betangel support twice now, but have not gotten any response. I can't use my account because I by mistake registered the new serial to my old (closed) betfair account, and not the new account. I contacted them Saturday, and have gotten no answer. In this time I have been unable to trade. :(

Is there any other way to contact their support line?

We are responding to all support requests in the normal manner, where did you send it too?

Can you check your junk email just incase the response has arrived in there?

Yeah did check my spam filter, nothing there. I filled out the form on betangel.com and send an email on sunday to [email protected], just to make sure ;)

We will get somebody onto it, sorry for the delay, one of the key support guys was not around on Monday so it looks like the request was only forwarded to admin much later.

Hi, I'm having the same problem here, sent a message to BA but got no reply yet.

I'm having the day off to settle my new configurations, so I'm not in a rush, but I'm wondering if you got my message.

Yes, it's true, as I had an almost instant answer from my prior contact, I just wanted to make sure you got it.

Well, it's really your fault to make costumers accustomed with such high standards ;)
