Option to remove "Close" button please.

A few days ago unfortunately I pressed the Close button rather than the Cancel Button when I wanted to cancel an unmatched bet. This is the first time I've done so in my (8 or 9 ?) years of using Bet Angel.

It cost me a fair amount as it was an illiquid market, hence I laid a high price.

In order that I don't do this again is it possible to disable, remove or move the Close button ?

It's in too close a proximity to the Cancel button for my liking and I a) never use it b) never will use it c) don't wish to endure the same painful experience again.

Hopefully if a few of you agree/sympathise it may persuade Bet Angel to introduce the option the next time they release a new version of the program.

Removing the cancel button is a big no no. But I sympathise with the OP. having (many years ago) badly affected by the CLOSE button. I thought I would get 1.03 with a few hundred and got matched at all rates upto 36. That was a very painful experience that kept me very respectful of "Close". If there is any button to have as optional it's "close" not cancel.

If you re-read my post again you will note that I'm not requesting to remove the Cancel button, I'm requesting an option to remove the Close button.

Apart from that, I think we are in total agreement.

Apologies. Totally my fault. I'd written Cancel in the thread title (incorrectly) and Close in the body of my post (which is what I meant). Doh !!

Sorry for any misunderstanding. But yes, we agree Cancel should remain without question ....Close should be optional.

I'll try if I can to change the thread title.
