clear cells once to allow close trade after time condition

Im wondering if someone can help me?

-Firstly i want to place a back bet at a certain time eg 1hr before pre off.
-If matched I want to clear cells only once so that i can close trade at certian time period eg 10 min pre off.
- I have set up triggers in excel therefore i cannot do this in automation.

I thought about just setting up two sheets of the same market, however i dont think guardian allows me to do this???

Why not just add some guardian automation to close the trade? Clearing the cells requires some VB.
