Fantastic screen shots Melsey

Having been trading every race 6 days a week on practice mode for 3 months now im getting better as I have now almost sorted out the one thing that I was soft on and kicked myself after each losing trade (Discipline).

And that is the Discipline not to trace every race, thats one of the reasons I was red-ing up instead of green-ing up.

I have learnt that if you dont like the way the market looks then DONT TRADE it, move on to the next.

Im really looking forward to greening up £10 on 5 races per day. This would make me very happy.

Im sure it will come.

And I do now understand how you have to learn your own methods.

Thanks and keep posting the screen shots as im well motivated to keep going.

cheers

Can you imagine the feeling he must have had as he realised he had won :o
@eddietheshoe - The bloke who won £107 million is going to give his 10yo daughter a pony. Tightwad. You'd have thought she'd be in for at least a monkey.

Just spent 20mins trading the stewards enquiry on 16:15, I don't think my liability was ever over £10 as Dolatulo drifted from 1.06 to 1.4!! And Benbens was announced the winner :D Should have made more really!

Very likely to break four figures for the tournament now, as day two is going well.

Not the best result of the day but a decent one on the Craven at Newmarket.

This weekend on the nags: -

Top two wins £210, £200
Biggest losses £32.94 & £27.64

Just showing you that I don't cherry pick big wins or even post my biggest results. I'm just very consistent with small losses, that's how I trade. Strike rate of around 80% which is pretty normal. I could show you similar numbers going back years.

I tend not to post my biggest wins. My monthly, annual and lifetime totals will probably never be posted because if people can't relate to daily totals, weekly, monthly and yearly will never wash.

Lifted from the blown a bank thread: -
If you look at my P&L from today. Best three results £237, £212 & £204 (You will note the Nott total I posted isn't in that list). My worse losers were £55, £50 & £31.

If you cut back to last week the top and bottom three are £249, £210 & £183 vs £32, £24 & £23. Both weekends I'd see as being well inside my normal trading, in fact quite dull. Nothing spectacular at either end. But, of course, I'm incredibly well practiced.
