Market suspened and not reopening?

Is anyone else getting this on the arsenal Leicester under 21 game i have the auto lay green up script running and its placed the lay bet but the market has not unsuspended and has been like this for 21 mins now anyone have an idea why this is happening?

There are quite a few markets that don't get turned inplay. Check the rules before trying to trade them.
