Bet angel froze

Today on Cheltenham at 17:15 just before the off, when i was about to green on backed selection of "Popaway" with liability of 150 the software froze. Unfortunately i couldn't log in to Betfair for the duration of the race.
When the race finished I logged in and discovered that I have won 216 by mistake.

Easily the stake could have been be lost.

Does anyone of you had similar case in the past?

I must admit, I've had more BA problems in the past 2 weeks than I've had the previous 6 years combined!

I keep getting (not responding) for up to 1 minute, then it returns. It's happening 6-10 times a day, very annoying

LeTiss - I would look at what has changed with your computer or local network in the last two weeks.

Bet Angel has not been updated and as you know your connection is direct to Betfair once you are authenticated after log in. So there is nothing going via 'our servers' as a lot of people have a misconception about.

Perhaps perform a system restore to a point prior to the problems starting?
