(1) Assume I can implement a given strategy either with Guardian automation or with Excel. Which would be the preferred and most efficient way to go, taking into account response times, stability etc?

(2) Is it possible to run Guardian automation in tandem with Excel (i.e. at the same time)?

1) Excel is the most flexible and easier in my opinion
2) Yes you can use both simultaneous
