Now I have mentioned this many times before but if ever we needed conclusive proof that clock beaters are now trying to guess the result the 15:40 Chepstow was the perfect race.
They managed to back Danz Star into 1.21 and it was only level with the leader at best. If you watch the replay you will also see the jockey on Danz Star was having to work harder.
So when you consider it was only a 3 runner race it makes you wonder what Mr Magoo was seeing? I went back and replayed the race and I could still not see anything that would make me believe Danz Star was going to win. Offer me 21 and maybe I'd have a trade but offer me 1.2 and I would say a big NO!!
Some layers must be very happy but the backers must be crying into their beer!
Mr Magoo at Chepstow?

Hi Jolly ,
This kinda thing happens alot ,correct me if im wrong but i dont believe it is backers, i believe its someone or some group of people driving the price down to get big money layed at great prices ,and it also creates panic in the market that benefits them ,
only a select fiew can handle in running properly (in my opinion)i believe a majority are watching the market and listening to commentary ,very fiew can read the race by watching the live feed and trade on there own initiave
the majority are spoked by big sudden moves and trade out etc, this is where these people creating the moves like the 1.20 (never gona win )are making a killing ,
and this also makes me wonder how genuine are the past inrunning pries when we are trying to profile a race ,?
its like i was told on here when i first started trading ,ITS MOSTLY SMOKE AND MIRRORS ,
im not making a statement these are just my thoughts on your post ,
Please feel free to comment folks .

Revolutionist in the 6.40pm at Ripon was withdrawn seconds before the start. For most of the race it traded between 3.5 and 4.5 in play - and even at the finish 10.0 was being asked for. Surely it has to be bots that are carrying on trading regardless?
