placing a back or lay on automation?

Can anyone advise me is it possible to place a lay or back bet in horseracing with conditions.Then if you go out can you save it and log off or do you need to stay logged in?

Yes and no, guardian and excel can happily run unattended but betangel has to be open and your computer on for it to trigger bets.
