Predicted Profit and bet History Boxes on Ladder

Hi
All i have the latest version of BA and for the life of me cannot understand why i cant see the bet History in the ladder tab box which is ticked or the perdicted profit amounts
Been in the ladder settings but cant work it out

You need to set the ladder layout to 'Combined' in settings if you want the ladder to look as it did in previous versions.
