Hope the book get thrown at him for his stupidity. Imagine being the driver of the car and as for posting the video online he is even more of a muppet - given his smirking I think he thinks the whole incident is quite funny....I suspect the police won't take that view.

Ive ridden my bike a number of times on that road and unless you treat it with respect it can take your life. He was very lucky to still be alive.
