Lay all horses x number of ticks below current price

Hi using automation Im trying to place a lay bet on all horses x number of ticks below the current market price. Cannot find a rule that allows? Could anyone offer some advice is this possible in Automation?

I'm no expert in automaton but this might be something you need to do with Excel and Guardian?
