distance, course and predicted standard race time in excel

Hello! Where can I find a list of the distances and the predicted race time? I've seen a video somewhere about this where a guy had an excel list so he can know exactly when a race will finish inplay.

Racing post will give you distance and standard time, you can work out the rest from there.
