How offset works ?

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hello guys,
Yesterday I had an unusual experience with offset setting on bet angel.
During the horse trading, I used a offset setting with lay 10 ticks below the actual odd, but the back matched before lay.
Isn't be supposed order in back matches only if lay matched before ?
