Hi All,

I have been trading for around 18 months properly and never kept a record of any trades. I have read various blogs etc and most do suggest keepiong a record to learn from and progress.

My question is if any of you do keep a record what do you document?

I have experimented with this but would like to get the views of others on the What,Why and What Happened.

Any input will be greatly appreciated
