Can I use find and replace in automation BAF files?

I have a number of automation files that contain numerous rows of rules to fire against every runner in a field depending upon conditions.

I have been adjusting the 'arm trigger at' times and other conditions manually which is a bit of a pain when you have so many entriesin the BAF file.

Does anyone know whether I can use find/replace in notepad with the BAF file instead of manually adjusting each rule? I would have thought it would be fine as the BAF files appear to be standard text files.

Yes they are text files, so as long as you're careful not to change the formatting by adding/removing line feeds, then you'll be fine editing with notepad.
