It's waiting for Betfair approval but if anybody wants to try the beta they are welcome to, just contact support.

16.20 Chepstow ... Ridiculous race they all let the winner go...surely needs investigation. :o

Its not sour grapes, I had no financial interest in the race.

Hi
I just wondered if anyone has excel connected today..
If so, does the figures in the spreadsheet seem to be updating very fast compared with normal? (I normally look at the Total Matched figure (Cell C2)..to gain a view
It just seems to be updating very fast compared with normal (NB: It could be because Im using a nearer version of BA than normal)
I was just thinking that they may have done some form of upgrade (and the reason it was down yesterday)..
Thanks
Regards
Peter

I have been connected most of the afternoon - no real difference - perhaps you have less markets loaded in Guardian, than usual ?

Woodbine G1's today, some UK based horses should add liquidity.

I was on the road all day yesterday so didn't get chance to have my normal display open..

When I checked my results when i got home late, I noticed a much lower strike rate than normal (it seemed to fire in any many bets as normal, but they didn't get matched as frequently)..
Just wondered if anyone else was on auto in play yesterday and noticed the same? Or was there anything unusual in general ?
May have just been a one off?
Thanks
Regards

I don't do enough in running to know unfortunately, but there was a good gubbing yesterday.

Just for the record..I found this was an error on my part..Cost me a few quid in lost profits before I realised what I'd done

I'm not sure how many of you are in play traders (auto) but looking through the logfile, the markets look dire at the moment... :(
Just wondered how others were finding it?

Hi Peter,

In-running markets have picked up for me this month I'd say. There had been a significant downturn for me Jul/Aug/Sep though. I think my strategies might work on slightly different opportunities to you though, and of course I'd rather not go into details about what those opportunities are.

I'm actually quite surprised that you quite often post about the runners that you managed to profit on (either on this thread or the fat fingers one). Are you not worried that you're encouraging others to seek out similar opportunities and therefore eventually compete and make it harder to get matched?

On a slightly different but related note: I think the forums are a funny thing. On the one hand experienced members want to help others out, but on the other hand the markets are a zero sum game, and it's not in anyone's interest to give out hard earned secrets or other information without risking cannibalising themselves.

As much as I want to do more, unfortunately the best I can do is just to wish people luck. Tell them that profits are possible, but they just have to work hard on it themselves.
