how many pcs can this be installed on? is it login based?

Hi,

Just a quick question before i part with the cash for Pro,
i use a PC and a laptop, obviously i use the pc when im at home and laptop on the move, my question is if i buy it can i install on both or is it a one machine program? or is it log in based so doesnt matter as long as i have a log in (they wont be used at the same time either)
