Never sure what the point of posting these totals is. Not really motivating, just damn annoying. And designed to rope in the suckers, the cynic in me often thinks.

If you want a big green, here's a pic. of the tax cert confirming my 34K lottery 'green-up' (5 numbers + bonus ball), and freeing me from all tax obligations. Beat that!

True. It's a cruel joke getting a decent bit of luck, getting a taste of the good life, and then having it all snatched away again, I've never really gotten over the blow

Ha, yes, Peter could definitely go crazy, but he's too level-headed ; still, one can't help but think what he could do with the cash if he wasn't a family man...

Still, I must try getting into this laying game myself. Backing and laying, that's where the really big money is, it seems! Nothing like the glory of huge gambles!

Many people (inc myself) have made more than that in a month on betfair. Im not doing anything like that these days..but I'm still plugging away (and making progress)

Winners love the game, but for those struggling, it is understandable that we are not exactly thrilled by the so-called 'opportunities' that trading offers

Myself, gambling is much better suited to my personality than trading; which is why Peter's laying results got my attention. Seems a much more stress-free way to make a living if you ask me, just set-it-and-forget it!
