API not showing the correct amount

everything seems to be back in normal amounts shows correctly

We had an email from betfair to notify us that they'd found the cause of the problem and were going to fix it this evening. Looks like they've done it!

hi !

for the last 2 days the api doesnt show the correct ammout again , last night for example when u place 2000 showed 2040 and today shows 2017, same is for any amount u place it shows slighty more for 200 shows 202 let me know if u need any pics to send u

any news about this situation , today the amount of 2000 shows as 2027 in the market

This isn't anything that we'll be able to control from inside Bet Angel, so we'll have to escalate the issue with betfair. Please send a few examples into [email protected] and we'll ask betfair for comment. It's strange that no-one else has raised the issue, so it might be worth you speaking to betfair directly to get them to check your account with regard to currency conversion.

already called the helpdesk and ask them if they knew about this issue and they told me that i need to contact the api department through an email which i didnt even bother doing, cant be just me it will effect atleast everyone uses euro as a currency on their account but nobody really cares i think
