Im new on betting so i want to clarify a doubt that im having.
http://imageshack.com/a/img912/8563/IjU8D9.jpg
I ONLY bet on over 0.5 GOALS with 10 euros. WHEN LAZIO SCORED a goal, betfair ONLY gave me 1.09 euros. I SHOULD received 10 euros PLUS 1.0 euros MINUS taxes.
I dont understando WHY betfair took 9.91 euros from me SINCE i DIDNT bet on LAY.
I really dont understand WHY this is happening. Before i go all beserk on betfair, i want to understand the cause of those things.
Can someone explain to me what is happening?
I would be extremely grateful!
I hope you guys could answer me this.
Thank you
HELP PLZ!

I was using the website. It is really strange
Doesnt make any sense for me to bet on lay with that odds against myself since i was going to loose 9.91 euros

Erm, it was actually your initial back bet that risked losing €10, not your lay. You only lost €1.09 on the lay bet. The €9.91 amount is only the stake; not your liability. Maybe you pressed the cash-out button on the website by mistake?
Don't get angry with betfair; it looks like they've done nothing wrong - just ask them if they can tell you how and when the lay bet was placed.

I didnt pressed the cash-out because after the goal betfair was supossed to give me my money back. Im printing all of my bets now just for safety since this mistake happend. I talked to the chat online and they said that the problem is going to be moved to another higher rank or something close to that. I have no hope of getting my money because it really appears that i did the lay bet (i did not).weemac wrote:Erm, it was actually your initial back bet that risked losing €10, not your lay. Hi - What does your bet history show ? That will give your proof of your transaction to BF.
