synchronize events

is there any possibility when adding markets to Guardian to add only those from:
livevideo.betfair.com (Live & scheduled video events)
Especially that would be helpful for greyhounds and usa racing

I've looked around but found nothing so far. Can anyone please confirm that this is not a feature yet?
