Trouble locating templates PLEASE HELP

Hi. I'm having trouble locating the templates. Ie. when I try to connect a market to excel and click 'browse', it should come up with 3 templates to use as a basis for trading in excel. However, I cannot find the three templates anywhere. I have been looking for a while now. Can someone help?

So next problem I have is when I open workbook, the message says 'unable to open workbook- exception from HRESULT: 0x800AC472'. Would you know how to fix that because it's still not letting me connect to betangel. Cheers
