Stats pointed to a Saints equaliser for ages but I was starting to doubt it would ever come.

I backed Villa & greened

I still lost £44 on the match, but my red was £120 at kick-off, so that relieved the hit slightly :|

Not a single shot on target in the first half of the Liverpool match. They seem to have a habit of doing that lately.

I could be wrong, but after Chelsea's loss they look value on the exchanges. Especially after Mr. Aguero's injury...

I'd only be interested if I got 1.7 for Chelsea, too much risk at 1.5 for me personally, but I wouldn't be laying them that's for sure!

United were very poor this evening. Not sure where all that money has been spent.

Well Shaw, Di Maria and Falcao didn't play so its been left at home. If Utd can get Falcao fully fit, they will be a much better team as it looks as though RVP is getting slower as the games go by and needs a bit of help up front. 3 losses in a row now for the Saints, its not looking good and I wouldn't be surprised if they struggled to stay in the top half.

I get the feeling Liverpool couldn't finish in front of an open goal.

Bournemouth vs Liverpool mid week Carling cup looks really tempting now.

Not sure I see the surprise here. Equal chances, but £23m Rooney, £37m Mata & £24m Van Persie take their chances against £600,000 Sterling and £16 million Balotelli (half-time) attack.

Seems a predictable outcome to me.

I don't like Balotelli but I think he played quite well, if it wasn't for De Gea, he could've scored at least a couple. A lot of pundits have been saying Utd won't make the Top 4 as they are playing so poorly. I agree with the second part, but every other Top 4 challenger is playing even worse (Liv, Tot, Eve, Sou), so its hard to oppose them for the Top 4 despite their inability to pass and defend.

Is goal difference power law predictive in EPL?

Is the correlation strong enough?

You be the judge.
