Y, It's a bet retrieval issue. Mine is bouncing around from 300ms to 3500ms so it's tricky to know what is going on when that happens.

So, basically, it's taking an age for Betfair's database to report back matched / unmatched bets.

JESUS!!!

Got slaughtered on Automation today between 14.30 at Flemington through to 15.45 at Doomben. Think I'll sit out of things until this is fixed.

Seems moving connectivity to 100 hasn't helped Peter.

I don't mind losing on a level playing field, but I prefer my charity dollars going to needier sectors of society.

Moving the tuner will only allow Bet Angel more time to time out a call. But with some of the responses I was seeing overnight that won't make much difference. It was taking over three seconds just to find out if your position had been matched.

Well, at the moment, counting on a bot (even something as brilliant as Guardian) to fire in orders at precise times, is just pointless. And expensive.

Just checked in on what happened today and my bots worked fine. Sorry to hear things didn't work out.

It's only money Gazuty, but appreciate it nonetheless. There are plenty of Aussies that have had a worse week than me.

Still very poor at times this morning. Taking 3-5 seconds to place a bet on occasions and lots of mini freezes.

Trouble is you never know when it's going to happen. Most of the time it's perfectly okay, then it suddenly seems to slow down and get very sticky for no apparent reason.

Am hoping to trade the last Big Bash match before Christmas, but could be going in on a wing and a prayer!

Lord knows what it will be like when the cricket and racing really take off on Boxing Day.

I only found it bad for about 5 seconds when it wouldn't show the bet had been matched when it had. Overall, not bad for me today.

Lasted a good few minutes for me, but certainly better than it was a few days ago. At least we know it is being addressed.

same here. was fine through the first innings but frozen now. pathetic performance by betfair......really pissing me off now

In the olden days you could access the non API market through BetAngel. Any chance of reintroducing that feature?
