Hi
I have been greening using the one click screen on horse racing, but I would like to do this using guardian. Is it possible?
In the one click screen I have used the following settings:
1 offset bet with greening.
2 place or kill bets (60secs).
3 offset ticks(1).
4 offset batches(1).
5 odds display (reverse).
6 green box ticked to green up on all the market.
I would like to start greening 15 mins before the race starts, and stop when race goes in play.
Hope some one can help as I am still using bet angel trial and would like to know its potential before I buy.
Thanks
Keith

Hi
I think ive found a way to do this now.
In guardian automation I Have used the following settings:
Ill start with the General tab.
Rule type-Place back back.
Rule trigger Times- Ive set 15mins before event start time n first one and 1min before start time on second one.
Allow rule to trigger upto-10 times, Wait 5secs before rearm.
applies to section- in position1(sorted in order of favouritism).
Parameters tab.
place at- custom ticks above start price.
Ticks- I have chosen 1.
Stake-fixed amount. I have chosen£2 for practice purposes.
The global settings are-
Action-offset bet with greening and trailing stop.
offset ticks(1)
stop trigger(5)
Place at ticks(5)
Place fill or kill (60secs delay).
offset batches (5)
Conditions tab
weight of money>50%
back price <£5
Time since unmatched bet>5secs(This seems to stop multiple back bets being place at the same time.It will place a back bet and then lay it, before the next back bet is placed.
Close trading profit condition-<(£-0.07).
Closing trading profit condition->(£0.07).
The closing trading profit condition seems to green up and stop trading when between these two figures.
I did this because it kept placing a back bet seconds before my specified market time ended, which left me with an open back bet.
Obviously I am very new my self and this could probably be tweeked in many ways, but I now understand its potential and at least I now no its possible to green in guardian. You can, of course, choose your own parameters with the money, odds etc, but I have used these for testing purposes.
Hope this helps because I know how difficult this software is to get your head around.
Many thanks
Keith

HI
Sorry I made a typo in the following.
Close trading profit condition should be >-0.07
and <0.07.
On the previous post I put >0.07 and <-0.07. This is an error.
Thanks
keith

Hi
Its me again.
The close trade profit condition does not seem to be working for me. It still Places bets, even when its within this range.
Anyone got any ideas what I am doing wrong.
Thanks
Keith

Keith your posts seem a bit vague about exactly what you're trying to do, it you have a look at the Betangel Youtube Channel there's plenty of examples of Offset betting, Scalping, the most recent one is about choosing the best trading markets!

Hi
I am actually just trying to green all and close trade when in profit. I have been looking at the videos on You tube that you recommended, and I think I may have been using the wrong rule and condition. I have been using 'close trade on selection' and close trade profit condition . I will try this on the races later.
Thanks for your help.

'Green all' is the best way to exit all positions.
If that is the very last thing you do in a market then it should hedge all positions for a profit or loss.
If you keep having open ended positions then you should look at the log and that will tell you the sequence of events so you can correct any general error you have. Post up the final few things on the log here and I'm sure somebody will comment.
