The first 18 races on the Australian racecard today (16/1/15) were unsuspended anywhere between 22 and 30 seconds after the event went in play.
This occurrence wreaks havoc on time-sensitive Automation orders in play because the orders are placed according to the unsuspension time rather than from the event starting time.

How does this happen?

Betfair issue or Guardian issue?

Is there a way to over-ride unsuspensions in Guardian or Bet Angel?

I'd imagine this were a Betfair issue of some sort. You can check with them. It's odd that 20 seconds elapsed before being unsuspended. Got to be worth raising with Betfair.

Bet Angel does have a unsuspended time condition which you may be able to use?
