Well despite my trading on other sports going well it has really bugged me that I couldn't seem to make a decent profit from horse racing.
Consequently I took a complete break from it without ever thinking I would comeback. However I took stock and analysed what I was doing wrong and what would fit my trading style.
I've ended up doing the one thing I always tried to avoid which is in play betting which is not for everyone I know.
It's well worth stepping back sometimes and finding the right way for you.

Same here

I'v had two attempts at horse racing in my time at betangel and failed on both attempts, planing on trying again in the summer, for me horse racing is the hardest market to trade.

Regardless of me trading in play what I would say is that I initially regarded my lack of knowledge of horse racing as largely irrelevant to pre race trading.
The fact that I couldn't make good money at it did make me think it was though so I made an effort to understand it better and do research.
Now despite not trading pre race I do have to do some to get the TV pictures from BF,without fail I can make small amounts doing this which is not coincidence just that I have some knowledge now instead of none.
