Excel Opens and Closes

Hi,
I am trying out excel for the first time. When I select one of the excel templates it opens and then immediately closes with no error message so I don't know what the problem is.

I am running Excel 2013. Has anyone any idea what might be causing this issue?

Hi Gav,

Never seen this sort of thing with the BA templates. Just a couple of thoughts/questions:

Would suggest that you download the templates again just in case (http://www.betangel.com/download/)

Does this happen to any other Excel spreadsheets?

Try (temporarily) disabling your Anti-Virus.

Try opening the template both ways - double click on the template, when Excel isn't running and Open Excel then open the file from within Excel.

Hi Ian,
Thanks for the reply but still no luck. Disabled the anti virus software but the sheet still opens and immediately closes. The templates open ok outside of Bet Angel. It is probably something simple but I can't find the cause.

Its probably a good idea to open a support ticket. The support guys tend to get back to you fairly quickly and start to frame/resolve the issue
