The Big Red 'R'

Hi All

In the user manual, under "Recover communications function" at the end, BA seems to recommend clicking on the big red 'R'. My screen freezes from time to time, but no 'R' appears before or after the freeze. I'm hoping someone can tell me how to find/install this facility.

I recently upgraded to the latest version of BA.

Barring the above, what do users recommend to restore comms after a screen freeze.

Hi. It will only appear during the time of freeze.

The red R has been removed from Bet Angel since the migration to betfair's new API in Nov 2014. The new API works differently and the communications recovery would serve no purpose now.
