Simple P&L spreadsheet (after end of IN-PLAY data disapears)

Hello,

Sorry if this is a stupid and a newbie question, but I can't find an answer to it

I want to create a simple P&L spreadsheet for my automatic and manual trading (pre-race and IN-PLAY) and have so far done the following :

1) successfully connected Guardian with Excel (through the example spreadsheet "BetAngel Multiple.xls")
2) set the following parameters in the Guardian :
- "Refresh interval" : 500 milliseconds
- "Automatically switch Bet Angel market" : 30 seconds

The data appears in the Excel spreadsheet, but as soon as the race is over, the data disappears (as it does in the Bet Angel of course).

In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGnX7-Wtp54) I have seen that you have to set the "Restrict refresh" option so the Guardian stops refreshing the market (and so keeping the data in Excel), but this only works if you only trade pre-race. If you trade IN-PLAY you can't set it right, because some races are over in 1 minute while others last for 8 minutes (horse racing).
I guess the Guardian would need another option here, saying "To seconds after IN-PLAY time".

Or is there another way to accomplish that the data is kept in Excel after the event is over?

Found the solution to this :

"- A 'Retain matched bet information at market settlement' switch has been added to Settings window (on Automation page). This retains P&L & matched bets information beyond market settlement which has been a common request from customers since the new API changes. Note: This is defaulted off to save memory for customers that don't require the retention of the data."
