Timing Error?

I've got a desktop and laptop computers side by side. Both running Bet Angel, same workbook, same races. The desk top is connected directly to the internet and the laptop wirelessly. Why would there be 20 seconds difference between the two clocks? The desk top is slower than the laptop.
