Excel Automation

Hey guys,

So i am trying to test an .baf file which somebody posted, but how do i go about loading it and using it? I have gone into Guardian and opened it and connected it, when I do it has lots of text in column A (false, numbers, what look like betting commands). But i cannot seem to apply this to a market, or make sense of how to adjust things in it and what each line means?
