Hi,

Unable to use quick picks for today (uk and Irish) markets not loading into guardian?
Also occurring if selecting individually?
Anyone else having same issue?

mine is ok, although i loaded them up about an hour ago.

After a few more attempts (without doing anything differently) markets have now loaded.
Ticket submitted and cancelled.

Same problem for me.

Quick pick only loads closed markets from yesterday.

Refreshing markets wont display today's cards only yesterday's.

After about an hour of constant refreshing, today's markets have turned up in guardian.

Anyone have any thoughts as to what was going on?

I have the same problem with todays card on horses.
Football seems to be working though...

Also the responsivenes counters on the bottom side of the main window are all above 400, sometimes they go up to 900...

Hope it is fixed.

This loading of the markets tree from betfair has had intermittent problems for a couple of weeks. They 'fixed' it on Tuesday, but since yesterday it's been worse than ever!

We raised it with them yesterday and will make a fuss again on Monday, but there isn't much we can do to resolve it at this end.

All we can advise is that you go to the Market Selection screen and press the Refresh button (the green arrows in the toolbar)... you'll see 'Retrieving markets....', if nothing has changed after ten seconds then press the button again, they'll eventually load properly.

Yes..I'm getting exactly the same problem. Sat down to do some betting Sat afternoon...and there are no Quick picks and Guardian only picks up yesterday- all Market closed. Please sort out with BF soonest!

Just refresh the market list and wait 20 seconds and try again.

Please be aware that sometimes today the betfair API is returning yesterday's market tree, so one of their caches must be broken. In that situation you just need to refresh the markets again and hope you hit a different cache.

what is interactive login??

You log-in via an embedded browser interacting directly with betfair. It's useful if you're logging in from denmark or want an additional prompt for 2-step authentication etc.

Try it if you want to see it in action... won't do any harm.
