Newbie to Excel. How to produce first report.

Hi.

Apologies for the post. I barely know how to use Excel (especially when it comes to BA).

My first attempt should be simple. I want to produce a file which will show the following for each days horse races:

Saddle cloth number
Stall number
Jockey name
Trainer name
Reduction factor percentage
Actual SP
Projected SP

I know I have to go into settings -> Excel -> Tick the relevant boxes and save. But how do I then connect this to Bet Angel and produce the report? I have checked the User Guide (no answers) - I understand that this maybe obvious to somebody, but as I have never done it before I am on a learning curve. Any help will be much appreciated.
