No serial number and no reply from betangel

I purchased bet angel yesterday after my trial was up but I have not received an email with my serial number and Bet angel support are not replying to my mail.

Could anyone help me out with a way to contact someone at bet angel. I'm not getting anything and it's quite frustrating

I really would like to get this cleared up so I can get involved in today's racing.

I have checked all folders. I got an automatic response yesterday so I know the email address was correct.

I just checked your ticket and the email address you entered was wrong. I have forwarded it to the email address you registered on the forum.
