Markets not loading

I had to reboot my PC and the HR markets are not loading in BetAngel...it just says "retrieving markets" but they just wont load. Not loading in Guardian either. Have clicked refresh many times but no luck. Is there a fix for this?

All you can do is go to file select market, hit refresh and wait.

If you get a connection use guardian to store all the markets then you don't need to rely on the market selection.

Ive been having this problem too.

Just unplugged PC and rebooted and everything is working fine now.

What out guys I have had trades not complete due to the issues betfair are having with their site and api

Thanks Peter. It eventually loaded, so I took your advice. When are BF going to fix this?

It has been really bad today and yesterday, I am getting timeout errors when making market catalogue requests. It has meant I have found a rather nasty bug with some of my code which involves launching numerous algo's on the same market :oops:
