Hoping one of you lot will know the answer to this question, How much mobile data (3G or 4G) would you consume in say 8 hours being constantly connected to a SS VPS?
Also would being in France make a difference in the data usage?
It's generally tiny when using a VPS. All your local app will do is download elements of the screen that have change rather than any data, so that can be quite small depending on what you are doing. Don't know the exact number.
