Horse Lay Automation ?

Is it possible to automate the following :-

Lay a horse if listed in a txt file, providing that the following conditions are met :-

Fav = 1.49 - 2.0
2nd fav = less than 6.0
3rd fav = less than 8.0

I would also like a Fibonacci staking plan if bet looses, otherwise the stake stays the same. On fibonacci, the stake reverts back to level stake on a bet win.

does this make sense ?

no it is stupid.

if you dont understand that anything to with fibonacci plans/systems and the like are stupid,then you really should stay away from trading/gambling altogether.
