the 3rd flat race (15:05) to ever be run at wetherby and the risk meter is well over to the red, what is it comparing with?

there have so far only ever been 2 other flat races run, so it cant be measuring against flat races at wetherby (except 2), does it compare against flat races across all uk tracks, same class, same distance, same going etc?

Class of race and volume I think. Generally the better the class such as group1 would show a green meter.

No it's universal, it looks back a large db of races and compares the current race to it to advise if it's more or less volatile than the average.
