Contacting Betdaq
Does anyone have a contact email (or postal address) I can use to further a complaint against Betdaq. I feel that I've reached a dead-end with the helpdesk and the email addresses that are given for accounts, marketing, and press, are invalid. I don't want to make a full-blown complaint to an arbitration service as the amount involved is trivial; but I feel that someone at Betdaq should be aware of what I consider an inadequacy in the organisation that would put off future punters.
