What is the recommended communications settings for Betangel VPS? I dont understand exactly
what does it mean "Dynamic connection tuner" and the "Connection smoothing" and the other.
I use VPS ago 3 weeks for automatic trading UK in-play horse racing whit Excel, but I'm not satisfied with the results, at the home PC much better.. (2 year ago)
I hope communications settings is just the problem.

Betangel VPS - Communications Settings
The better the internet connection between Bet Angel and the exchange, the lower you can set the tuner. So from a VPS to the UK exchange, I'd drop the setting down from the default of 10 to a value of 3.
The connection between the VPS and betfair will be very stable, so you could set the smoothing to Low. If betfair happens to be having a poor API day (where the response is very erractic) then you could switch back to Medium or Full.
Beyond that it depends on what exactly you're doing with Excel and which VPS you bought. You should have a multi-core VPS when using Excel - if you send a message into support describing how you are using Excel (whether you are using macros and the frequency of betting activity etc) then I'm sure they can advise regarding your specific VPS requirements.
