trouble is in the past they were not very good and now sadly they are owned by ladbrokes

all i will say is i am not too willing to have any dealings with ladbrokes , or make them any money.

Nearly lost 10% of bank on one race, lucky to get away with it this time, my green was taken just a split second before the race started..... nail biteing stuff!

Betfair know people are not going to switch, so until they fear that; expect higher charges and poorer service. Either that or start making a noise on Betdaq.

I fear thats true. Look at all the shit BF has pulled and they still have about 90% of the exchange market
only bright side is that Betdaq is slowly improving. I think on Saturdays and during big meets its actually better in some ways

It looks as though any unmatched bet in any Australian market disappeared during the outage.

I know betfair will have it in there T&C's that any open bets or positions have to stand if an event suspends and does not go in play but surely they must have some sort of legal obligation if they show that it will go in play then fail to do so due to a system failure or error.
Bet 365 contantly advertise there in play betting and am quite sure if someone was to bet pre event with them and with no advance waring they then dont take any in play bets they would have to refund????
