Confirm Bet Settings Does Not Stick

With the default install of Bet Angel there is a setting under Settings, Behaviour, Confirm Bets? that is by default activated.

I have de-activated and saved this setting but the save does not appear to "stick" and each time I log out of BA and return I get this prompt again.

Does anyone have a similar problem in not being able to save the file and know how to fix it ?
I am wondering if this is standard in Trial Mode ?

Before you exit the software just use the save settings option and name it how you wish. WHen you start up the software again it will configured exactly as you wish with your new defaults.

Thanks for responding Euler but that is what I do and the settings don't stick. I have gone into system level and checked the attributes of the folder as I thought they might be read only but that is not the problem. I can see the config file that I have saved but it does not seem to load by default and the checkbox always remains ticked. Hmmm.......

Does the named settings file appear in the picklist in the header of Bet Angel? The list is to the right of the spanner icon. That list allows you to switch between settings profiles during a Bet Angel session.

Also the same settings profiles are available on the login screen, so that you can go straight into your preferred settings (and screen layout) each time Bet Angel starts.

It sounds like you may have <factory default> selected on the login screen at the moment.
