Not got round to posting before, I can't connect to VPS or BA software in any mode but can log into website which appears to be running is that general?

Can you confirm your ISP. It seems to be an ISP routing problem.

the VPS seems to have gone down though?

I'm having the same prob. I can log in through BA but VPS aint working

On the plus side it seems our friendly manipulators are having trouble logging in as well as they seemed to have gone for now

I am not connecting via the VPS btw just the website and normal BAP on modes 1 and 9

Well we switched to vodafone and are fine now but this is obviously an ISP routing issue given that the VPS are located close to Betfair and both have gone at the same time.

Same -Cheltenham was fantastic, especially the Fav playing up on the way down

It does seem to point to a local ISP issue.

Regarding the VPS service we have received this statement from our hosting partners.

We have just recovered from a very serious Distributed Denial of Service attack which took out parts of our network. Many customers will have seen very serious connectivity problems starting at about 16.30 this afternoon. The attack is ongoing but all services are now back.

We are monitoring the situation but all appears to be normal now.
