API not showing the correct amount

Can confirm what George is saying, it's been happening for the past 2 days for some reason. Betfair Helpdesk doesn't have the answer btw :)

I'm not using BA but looks to me like it's not a software related issue, just that their API is showing the amount incorrectly. Same thing happens whether I place bets with the software or via BF website.

However, it's not a fixed % from what I saw today. I placed an unmatched bet at 2.0 of €1000 and it showed €1010, but 10 mins later it showed €1005 instead. Same market and same price, so idk what's going on.

I'll rattle BDP's cage in the morning. In the meantime is there any correlation between the amounts? If so then it could be something dodgy with their currency rounding.

My broker increase margin requirements on the Euro today, maybe thats it! ;)

Heh, well both George and myself are using euro so that would be my first guess as well.

I just tried various amounts and it keeps showing around 0.5% more than it should (not LESS like with George), it's not an exact percentage every time.
